What’s included?

QUESTIONNAIRE

You’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out before the call. This helps me get a real sense of where you are with your realtionship to food. It will guide my questions and insights and allow us to get right into the good stuff!

CALL

We will have a 60 or 90 minute call depending on your booking to speak about whatever you wish to cover. Everything from some simple principles to deeper motivations and beahiour change along with anything else you wish to explore.
