With the knowledge he imparted onto me I know that I’m now able to move forward independently and continue to meet my goals, current and future. The man’s a much more than a trainer. He’s a friend, a motivator, a thought provoker, a fountain of knowledge and experience. Couldn’t have come as far as I have without him. No words can explain how he’s changed my life and I can’t quantify, nor justify, in words how incredible he, and his service is.
I had many failed attempts before Paul. Each session was tailored for my needs, whether it be a focus on form, technique or my specific weight loss goal. Paul isn’t about a ‘quick fix solution’ but more about working on the person as a whole. Yes, he has been a major contributor to my weight loss, but he has also worked on my personal transformation. Starting with Paul kick started a change in me and led to a massive lifestyle change. I now love that I am a healthier, fitter, better person.
Paul’s approach to long term and sustainable weight loss is life changing. Forget about crash dieting and unhealthy eating habits. It’s hard to put into words how incredible working with Paul has been and I cannot recommend him enough.

Paul is fantastic personal trainer, who I would recommend to anyone. He is an incredibly personable person who you want to learn from about both personal training and nutrition. He has such a healthy attitude towards fitness goals and is a really great teacher. He has been a great mentor for me and is clearly very compassionate about what he does. I’ve found my passion and motivation for working out at the gym and I couldn’t have got to this point without Paul’s help.
Paul is an incredible coach and trainer in all things wellness, fitness and healthy lifestyle surrounding food and exercise. I personally trained 1:1 with Paul in person for 2 years, and I initially went to him to see if I could heal my rotator cuff with functional movement instead of the recommended surgery. We were successful, but I think the best parts of those early hard workouts in the gym were the sharing of wisdom and knowledge about the way I approached my fitness and food lifestyle. I took so much away from working with Paul and I continue to work with him online because time with him is never wasted time, you walk away with more knowledge and a joyful feeling from the experience… every time! I can say in probably 5-10 years from now Paul will be well known worldwide and I’ll feel grateful to of known him.
Paul has been such an amazing coach. I came to him with a goal of weight loss and never expected the ways in which he would help me, not only heal a very complex relationship with food, but also completely change my mindset about movement, eating, nutrition, as well encouraging me to think critically and challenge some deep rooted and unhelpful beliefs I had. Paul is an extremely intelligent guy who is so well read, not only in the areas of exercise, training, nutrition but also in the area of behavioural psychology, which was key for someone like myself, who has struggled with binge eating. My favourite thing about working with Paul is his calm appraoch and how he has never been judgemental, only ever supportive and reassuring. The best thing I did was to invest in myself and contact this coach who has helped me immeasurably. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
